1. Seller
CVZeno is an online resume builder published and sold by RANKAYA MEDIA LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico (USA) under number 0008123097, with its principal office at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Contact: [email protected], +1 (612) 930-1231.
2. Scope
These terms of sale apply to every paid CVZeno subscription purchased on app.cvzeno.com. Placing an order means you accept them.
3. Description of the service
CVZeno lets you create, edit and format resumes from templates. Creating an account and writing, editing and previewing resumes are free. Downloading resumes as PDF files requires purchasing access.
4. Plans and prices

Prices are shown in euros and include all taxes. Outside Europe, the same amounts are charged in US dollars ($4.90 per month and $19.00 per year). These are no-commitment subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each period (month or year): the amount is charged to the card saved at checkout until you cancel. The price and billing period are shown on the payment page before you subscribe. Prices may change; the applicable price is the one displayed when you order.
5. Ordering and payment
You order from the app by choosing a plan and paying by card in the secure payment form of our provider Stripe, embedded in the app. CVZeno never has access to your card details. A receipt is emailed to you after payment.
6. Delivery
The service is entirely digital. Access is activated immediately after the payment is confirmed, on the account used to order. No physical product is shipped. Resumes can be downloaded from the app for as long as your access lasts; they remain viewable and editable for free after it expires.
7. Right of withdrawal
Because the service is digital content supplied immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to consumers in the European Union does not apply once you have requested immediate performance and acknowledged that you waive this right (Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU). This information is displayed on the payment page, right below the payment button, before you pay.
Regardless of the above, we apply the refund policy described on its own page.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, in one click, from the “My account” page (“Manage my subscription” button), or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: no further charge is made and access stays open until that date. You can also delete your account at any time from the “My account” page, in which case the subscription is canceled immediately. In both cases, the period already started is not refunded, except as provided in the refund policy.
9. Use of the service
You are responsible for the content of your resumes and agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes. We do our best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. If an extended outage prevents downloads during your access, your access will be extended by the same length of time on request.
10. Liability
CVZeno is a formatting tool: we do not guarantee that you will get an interview or a job. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the access concerned, except in cases of gross negligence or where mandatory law provides otherwise.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA). If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you keep the benefit of any more protective mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. We always prefer an amicable solution: please contact us first.
