Can I try it for free?
Yes. You can create, edit and preview as many resumes as you like without paying or entering a card. Payment only comes in when you download the PDF.
How does the subscription work?
Creating and editing your resumes is free. To download them as PDFs, the subscription costs €4.90 per month or €19 per year, renewed automatically. There's no commitment: you cancel in one click from “My account”, and access stays open until the end of the paid period. Your resumes stay saved after you cancel.
Will applicant tracking systems be able to read my resume?
Yes. The PDFs contain real text (not an image) and a simple structure that applicant tracking systems (ATS) can read. The Simple template is the safest choice for large companies.
Can I change templates after filling in my resume?
At any time, without retyping anything. The content stays the same, only the layout changes. You can also adjust the color, font and spacing.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: if you haven't downloaded any PDF, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase with a simple email.
Is my data sold?
No. Your information is used only to generate your resume. You can delete a resume or your account at any time, and the data is then erased.
Should I put a photo on my resume?
No. In the US and the UK, leave the photo off: employers avoid them to prevent bias, and many recruiters discard resumes that include one. In CVZeno, the photo is optional on every template.
